Authorization Guide for Service Desk via Corporate Portal

  1. Go to the link: https://projects.sharmax.tech/
  2. In the upper right corner, click Log In
  3. Below the login and password fields, click Corporate Login to Support Portal
  4. Select the tenant (the tenant you are authorized on)

Note: If your tenant uses Bitrix24 authorization, click Log In via Bitrix24.

  1. Enter your login credentials (if they are not saved in the browser), then click Log In.
