How to Edit Order Metadata

Step 1. Open the Form

Make sure the "Metadata" form is open in front of you. You should see three input fields and a "Save" button at the bottom.

Step 2. Fill in the "Accounting System ID" Field

  1. Click in the field with the hint "Enter ID."
  2. Delete the old ID, if present, using the Delete or Backspace keys.
  3. Enter the new ID in the accounting system. Ensure that the ID is entered correctly and matches the data in the accounting system.

Step 3. Fill in the "Tracking Number" Field

  1. Click in the field with the hint "Enter tracking number."
  2. Clear the field of the old number, if there is one.
  3. Enter the current tracking number. Check the accuracy of the input — the number should match the data from the shipping company or tracking system.

Step 4. Fill in the "Supplier Order Number" Field

  1. Click in the field with the hint "Enter supplier order number."
  2. Remove the previous number, if it is specified.
  3. Enter the correct order number provided by the supplier. Ensure that the number is entered without typos.

Step 5. Save Changes

After filling in all fields:

  1. Verify the accuracy of the entered data — ensure that all values match the original documents.
  2. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.
  3. Wait for a confirmation of saving (a message may appear indicating successful saving or the button state may change).

Important Notes:

  • All fields can be left empty if the information is unavailable. However, for the system to function correctly, it is recommended to fill in all available fields.
  • Carefully check the entered data before saving — corrections after saving may require additional actions.
  • If an error occurs while saving, check:
    • the format of the entered data (e.g., absence of extra characters);
    • internet connection;
    • server availability.
  • If problems persist, contact support.

Done! The "Metadata" form has been edited and saved.

How to Edit Order Notes

Instructions for Working with the "Note" Form

Step 1. Open the Form

You have the form titled "Note" in front of you. Here you can create and save a short text or comment.

Step 2. Enter a Comment

  1. Find the field with the hint "Comment" — this is a text area where you can enter your text.
  2. Click inside this field with the left mouse button to activate it (the cursor will appear in the field).
  3. Type the desired text using the keyboard. This can be any information: reminder, comment, note, etc.
  4. You can edit the text:
    • delete characters using the Backspace (deleting from the left) and Delete (deleting from the right) keys;
    • highlight text fragments with the mouse or using the Shift + arrows keys;
    • copy (Ctrl+C), cut (Ctrl+X), and paste (Ctrl+V) text.

Step 3. Save the Note

After you have entered the text, perform the following actions to save:

  1. Click the "Save" button located below the text field.
  2. Wait for a confirmation of saving (a message may appear indicating successful saving or the button state may change).

Step 4. Finish Working

After saving, the note will be recorded in the system. You can:

  • return to the form to add a new note;
  • close the form if your work is complete.

Important Points:

  • If you close the form without clicking the "Save" button, your text will not be saved.
  • The length of the comment is limited by the size of the field (unless there are additional system restrictions).
  • Ensure that the text is entered correctly before clicking "Save."

Done! You have successfully created and saved a note.

How to Edit Order Files

Instructions for Working with the "Files" Form

Step 1. Open the Form

You have the file upload form in front of you. At the top of the form, it says "Files," and in the center, there is an instruction: "Drag files or folders to upload." The maximum file size is also specified — 100 MB.

Step 2. Upload Files

There are two ways to upload files:

  1. Drag-and-drop:
    • find the necessary files or folders on your computer;
    • select them with the mouse;
    • drag the selected files or folders into the area of the form that says "Drag files or folders to upload";
    • release the mouse button — the files will upload automatically.
  2. Select files through the dialog window (if drag-and-drop does not work):
    • click on the area of the form (there may be a hidden upload button);
    • the standard file selection window of your computer will open;
    • select the necessary files and click "Open" — the files will upload.

Step 3. Check Uploaded Files

After uploading, the files will appear in the list below the drag-and-drop area. The list displays:

  • names of uploaded files (e.g., "ZHEJIANG-QIANJIANG-MC.pdf");
  • document icon — indicates the file type (PDF);
  • download button (downward arrow icon) — allows you to download the file back to your computer;
  • delete button (red "X") — allows you to remove the file from the form.

Step 4. Manage Uploaded Files

  • To download a file: click on the downward arrow icon next to the desired file. The file will be saved to your device.
  • To delete a file: click on the red "X" next to the file. The file will be removed from the form.

Step 5. Check File Sizes

Before uploading, ensure that the size of each file does not exceed 100 MB — this is the maximum allowable size. If the file is larger, the system will not allow it to be uploaded.

Step 6. Finish Working

After you have uploaded all necessary files and checked their presence in the list, you can proceed to the next step (for example, submit the form if required).

Important Points:

  • if a file does not appear in the list, check its size and your internet connection;
  • files removed from the form are not deleted from your computer — they are only removed from this form;
  • upload only allowed file types (e.g., PDF, as shown in the image).

Done! You have successfully worked with the file upload form.

How to Edit Order Comments

Instructions for Working with the "Comments" Form

Step 1. Familiarize Yourself with the Form Elements

On the "Comments" form, you see the following elements:

  • Header "Comments" — indicates the purpose of the form.
  • Dropdown list labeled "Oldest First" — allows you to choose the order of comment display (e.g., from oldest to newest).
  • Page navigation (arrows “<” and “>” with page number “1” in the center) — for navigating between comment pages.
  • Text field with the hint "Your Comment" — here you write your comment.
  • Submit button (right arrow icon to the right of the comment field) — for submitting the written comment.

Step 2. Choose the Order of Comment Display

To change the order of comment display:

  1. Click on the dropdown list labeled "Oldest First."
  2. In the menu that appears, select the desired sorting option (e.g., "Newest First").
  3. The comments will be resorted according to the selected order.

Step 3. Navigate Between Comment Pages

If there are many comments, they are split into pages:

  1. To go to the previous page, click the left arrow (“<”).
  2. To go to the next page, click the right arrow (“>”).
  3. The number in the center (e.g., “1”) shows which page is currently open.

Step 4. Write and Submit a Comment

To leave a comment:

  1. Click in the text field with the hint "Your Comment."
  2. Write your comment using the keyboard.
  3. When the text is ready, click the submit button (right arrow icon) or press the Enter key on the keyboard.
  4. Your comment will be submitted and will appear in the comments list.

Step 5. Important Points

  • Ensure that the text field is not empty before submitting.
  • If the comment does not submit, check your internet connection.
  • The sorting order and navigation between pages do not affect the process of writing a comment — these functions are intended for the convenience of viewing existing comments.

Done! You have mastered working with the "Comments" form.
