How to View the Order List
To navigate to the Orders section workspace in the portal's system menu, go to Store and Catalog ➔ Orders. Orders are displayed in the workspace of the section as a list.
Note: Viewing the order list is available for users with the following access roles: OMS Admin, Company Admin.
Each user sees orders created in the tenants available to them. The number of orders available for viewing by the user is displayed in the upper left corner of the section workspace.
Order list structure:

| ID | The order identifier in the OMS database. This field can be used for filtering. |
| Tenant | The tenant where the order was created. This field can be used for filtering. |
| User | The user who created the order (the Customer usually has the access role of Company Admin, the order manager usually has the access role of OMS Admin). This field can be used for filtering. |
| Supplier Warehouse | The warehouse from which the goods are shipped to the customer. This field can be used for filtering. |
| Products | The list of products in the order. The maximum number of products displayed in the list is three. To view the full list of orders, click on the order entry, and you will be redirected to the order view page. |
| Order Status | The current status of the order. |
| Total Cost | The total cost of the order in the currency of transactions for the order's tenant. Note: Access to the currency settings for transactions is available to users with the access role: tenant administrator. |
| Payment Status | The current payment status of the order. Note: The payment status of the order is set by the system and can have values: Requires Payment, Prepaid, and Paid. The current payment status of the order depends on the funds deposited for the order. For more details, see the section How to Edit Order Finances. |
| Order Creation Date | The first date in the order status chain. The date when the order is created in draft status. |
| Planned Completion Date | The last date of the last status in the order status chain. |
How to Set Filters for Order Search
To call the filter panel in the Orders section workspace, click Filters. Fill in the necessary fields:
- Input field Description: enter keywords or phrases that will help find the order by text labels in the order notes.
- Input field IDs (comma-separated): if you have a list of order identifiers, enter them separated by commas. This will display only the orders with the specified IDs.
For example,
123, 456, 789. - Dropdown field Payment Status: select the desired payment status from the dropdown list. The system will filter orders based on the selected criterion.
Note: The payment status of the order is set by the system and can have values: Requires Payment, Prepaid, and Paid. The current payment status of the order depends on the funds deposited for the order. For more details, see the section How to Edit Order Finances.
- Multi-select field Order Status: select one or more statuses from the dropdown list. The system will filter orders based on the selected criterion.
Note: The order status chain with planned status dates (when creating an order: Draft) defines the order's lifecycle from creation to completion. Each status has its type. For more information on existing status types, see the section Configuring Statuses. Additional information about order statuses is displayed in the order sections Order Tracking and Planned Dates.
- Multi-select field User: select one or more users from the dropdown list. The system will filter orders by users who created the corresponding order.
- Multi-select field Tenant: select one or more tenants from the dropdown list. The system will filter orders by the tenants where the orders were created.
- Multi-select field Supplier Warehouse: select one or more warehouses from the dropdown list. The system will filter orders by the warehouses from which the products will be shipped.
Note: The supplier warehouse can function as a production site or as a transshipment point.
- Multi-select field Route: select one or more routes from the dropdown list. The system will filter orders by order routes.
- Date selection field Payment Due Date: specify a date range (format:
DD.MM.YYYY — DD.MM.YYYY) or a single date. This will filter orders according to the value of the Payment Due Date field in the Finances section. - Date selection field Prepayment Due Date: specify a date range (format:
DD.MM.YYYY — DD.MM.YYYY) or a single date. This will filter orders according to the value of the Prepayment Due Date field in the Finances section. - Date selection field Planned Completion Date: specify a date range (format:
DD.MM.YYYY — DD.MM.YYYY) or a single date. This will filter orders according to the value of the last date of the last status in the order status chain. - Date selection field Creation Date: specify a date range (format:
DD.MM.YYYY — DD.MM.YYYY) or a single date. This will filter orders according to the value of the first date in the order status chain. The date when the order is created in draft status. - Toggle Show Archived (off by default): to obtain a list of deleted orders, turn on the toggle.
The system will display a list of found orders that match the specified criteria.
