How to View the Order Page

  1. To view the list of orders, go to the Orders section.
  2. To navigate to the order view page, click on the desired entry.

Note: The order view page is available for users with the access role: Company Admin. A user with the OMS Admin access role will be directed to the order editing page when accessing the order page.

  1. The order view page contains the following elements:
    • A header with the order number indicating the time relative to the creation date and the last edited date of the order.
    • A chain of order statuses with scheduled status dates (when the order is created: Draft), defining the lifecycle of the order from creation to completion. When viewing the order page, the user sees scheduled dates for each status and the names of the statuses. If scheduled dates are not set, the user only sees the names of the statuses. The order manager changes the statuses of the order as the order is fulfilled, making them active. The visual representation of the active status is done in a brighter color scheme compared to the inactive status.

Note: Each status has its own type. For more details on existing status types, see the Status Configuration section. Additional information about order statuses is displayed in the Order Tracking and Scheduled Dates sections.
