Configuring Statuses
Order statuses in the OMS system play a crucial role in managing the order lifecycle and ensuring the effective functioning of the entire sales process.
Note: The functionality of this section is available to users with the access role: tenant administrator. To configure order statuses or obtain complete information about existing statuses, please contact the tenant administrator.
How to View Status Types
- Go to the Orders section.
- On the right side of the workspace, click on Status Settings.
Existing order statuses in the system are displayed in the workspace of the Status Settings section as a list.
Structure of the order status list:

| Name | The name of the status. Displayed on the corresponding status in the order status chain. |

Creating Order Statuses
To create an order status in the workspace of the Orders section, click on Status Settings.
Attention: Existing order statuses in the system are displayed in the workspace of the Status Settings section as a list.
In the workspace of the Status Settings section, click on Create Status.
Creating a Status:
- Input field Name: defines the name of the status in the system. Enter the name of the new status.
For example:
Ready For Shipment. - Input field Code: defines the status code in the system and can be used by the system to filter statuses by code. Enter the code for the new status.

ready-for-shipment. - Colors: defines the color of the status when displayed in the interface. To select the status color, click on the corresponding color label. To select additional colors, use the + button.
- To create the new status, click Create Status, to cancel, click Back on the navigation panel.
Upon successful creation, the newly created status will appear in the workspace of the Status Settings section in the list of statuses.
Editing Order Statuses
In the workspace of the Status Settings section, click on the desired status in the list of statuses.
Editing a Status:
- Input field Name: defines the name of the status in the system. Edit the status name if necessary.
- Input field Code: defines the status code in the system and can be used by the system to filter statuses by code. Edit the status code if necessary.
- Colors: defines the color of the status when displayed in the interface. To select the status color, click on the corresponding color label. To select additional colors, use the + button. Edit the status color if necessary.
- To save changes, click Save Status, to cancel, click Back on the navigation panel.
Upon successful saving of changes, the status will appear in the workspace of the Status Settings section in the list of statuses with the new values.
Deleting Order Statuses
In the workspace of the Status Settings section, click on the desired status in the list of statuses.
Editing a Status:
Click Delete Status. To confirm deletion, click Confirm, to cancel deletion, click Cancel.
Upon successful operation, the deleted status will disappear from the list of order statuses.
Sorting Order Statuses
To change the position of the corresponding status in the list of statuses, drag the selected status using the drag handle to the desired location in the list.
Upon successful sorting, the corresponding status will appear in the new position in the list of statuses.
