Manufacturing Sites

Existing manufacturing sites are displayed in the workspace of the section as a list.

Note: To display deleted records, enable the Show Archived toggle.

Field Description of the List

Field Name	Description
ID	Unique identifier of the manufacturing site in the PIM system database
Name	Name of the manufacturing site
Code	Code of the manufacturing site
Country	Country of the manufacturing site

Creating a Manufacturing Site

1. Go to the Manufacturing Sites settings section.
2. In the workspace of the section, click Add.
3. Enter the required data in the New Manufacturing Site form:
   1. Name input field (required): defines the name of the manufacturing site. Enter the name of the manufacturing site.
   2. Code input field (required): defines the code of the manufacturing site. Enter the code of the manufacturing site.
   3. Country input field (required): defines the country of the manufacturing site. Enter the name of the country.
   4. City input field: defines the city of the manufacturing site. Enter the name of the city.
   5. Address input field: defines the address of the manufacturing site. Enter the address of the manufacturing site.
   6. Contact Person input field: enter the first and last name of the contact person.
   7. Contact Email input field: enter the email address of the contact person.
   8. Contact Phone: enter the phone number of the contact person.
4. Click Create, to cancel, click Back on the navigation panel.

Upon successful creation, the newly created site will appear in the section list, and a system message will display in the workspace: Manufacturing site "name of the manufacturing site" created.

Editing a Manufacturing Site

1. Go to the Manufacturing Sites settings section.
2. In the workspace of the section, click Edit for the selected manufacturing site record.
3. Edit the necessary data in the manufacturing site editing form:
   1. Name input field (required): defines the name of the manufacturing site. Edit the name of the manufacturing site.
   2. Code input field (required): defines the code of the manufacturing site. Edit the code of the manufacturing site.
   3. Country input field (required): defines the country of the manufacturing site. Edit the name of the country.
   4. City input field: defines the city of the manufacturing site. Edit the name of the city.
   5. Address input field: defines the address of the manufacturing site. Edit the address of the manufacturing site.
   6. Contact Person input field: edit the first and last name of the contact person.
   7. Contact Email input field: edit the email address of the contact person.
   8. Contact Phone input field: edit the phone number of the contact person.
4. To save changes, click Save, to cancel, click Back on the navigation panel.

Upon successful editing, the edited manufacturing site will appear in the section list with the new data, and a system message will display in the workspace: Manufacturing site "name of the manufacturing site" updated.

Deleting a Manufacturing Site

1. Go to the Manufacturing Sites settings section.
2. In the workspace of the section, click Edit for the selected manufacturing site record, then click Delete.

Upon successful operation, the deleted manufacturing site will disappear from the section list, and a system message will display in the workspace: Manufacturing site "name of the manufacturing site" deleted.

Restoring a Manufacturing Site

1. Go to the Manufacturing Sites settings section.
2. In the workspace of the section, enable the Show Deleted toggle.
3. In the workspace of the section, click Edit for the selected manufacturing site record, then click Restore.

Upon successful restoration, the restored manufacturing site will appear in the section list, and a system message will display in the workspace: Manufacturing site "name of the manufacturing site" restored.
