Regions

The Regions section allows you to create, delete, edit, and restore regions.

Regions allow you to associate the currency of retail and dealer prices with the corresponding region.

Existing regions are displayed in the workspace of the section as a list.

Description of the Region List Fields

Field NameDescription

Dealer Price CurrencyName of the dealer price currency
Retail Price CurrencyName of the retail price currency

Creating a Region

  1. Go to the Regions settings section.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. Fill out the Create Region form:
    1. Retail Price Currency selection field: allows you to choose the alphabetic code of the currency (iso-name) according to the international standard (ISO 4217). Select the retail price currency.

    2. Dealer Price Currency selection field: allows you to choose the alphabetic code of the currency (iso-name) according to the international standard (ISO 4217). Select the dealer price currency.

    3. Additional language panel:

      1. Default tab (fields in this tab are mandatory):
        1. Name input field: defines the name of the region. Enter the name of the region.

Note: Language tabs: determine the availability of a translation for the region name for the selected locale. Fill out the language tabs as necessary.

  1. To create a new region, click Save; to cancel, click Back.

Upon successful creation, the newly created region will appear in the section list.

Editing a Region

  1. Go to the Regions settings section.
  2. In the section workspace, click Edit for the selected region record.
  3. Edit the form:
    1. Retail Price Currency selection field: allows you to choose the alphabetic code of the currency (iso-name) according to the international standard (ISO 4217). Edit the retail price currency.

    2. Dealer Price Currency selection field: allows you to choose the alphabetic code of the currency (iso-name) according to the international standard (ISO 4217). Edit the dealer price currency.

    3. Additional language panel:

      1. Default tab (fields in this tab are mandatory):
        1. Name input field: defines the name of the region. Edit the name of the region.

  1. To save changes, click Save; to cancel, click Back.

Upon successful editing, the edited region will appear in the section list.

Deleting a Region

  1. Go to the Regions settings section.
  2. In the section workspace, find the record of the desired region and click Edit.
  3. Click Delete. To confirm the deletion, click Confirm; to cancel the deletion, click Cancel.

Upon successful operation, the deleted region will disappear from the section list.

Restoring a Region

  1. Go to the Regions settings section.
  2. In the section workspace, toggle the Show Deleted switch.
  3. In the section workspace, click Edit for the selected region record, then click Restore.

Upon successful restoration, the restored region will appear in the section list.
