How to View Activity in Tasks

General Process

  1. Go to the task tracker section Activity. Existing activities are displayed in the workspace of the Activity section as a list.
  2. Set the required filters:
    1. Message
    2. Status change
    3. Deadline change
    4. Deadline is almost overdue
    5. Deadline is overdue
    6. Proposal to change the deadline
    7. Proposal to change the deadline processed
    8. Result rejected
  3. At the bottom of the section, click to navigate to the new page of activities, click to return to the previous page, — to go to the first page of the section.

Structure of the activity list:

Field NameDescription
DateThe date of the event in the format:DD.MM.YYYY, where:
  • DD — day of the month (2 digits, from 01 to 31);
  • MM — month (2 digits, from 01 to 12);
  • YYYY — year (4 digits)
TimeThe time of the event in the format:HH:MM:SS, where:
  • HH — hours in 24-hour format (2 digits, from 00 to 23);
  • MM — minutes (2 digits, from 00 to 59);
  • SS — seconds (2 digits, from 00 to 59)
ParticipantThe participant of the task who generated the activity.
ActionThe list includes activities:
  • messages from participants left in the task comments;
  • status change, referring to the system statuses of tasks in the task tracker:
    • Awaiting approval;
    • In progress;
    • In execution;
    • Awaiting review;
    • Completed;
  • system messages about deadlines:
    • deadline overdue — when the deadline event occurs;
    • deadline almost overdue — reminder of the upcoming deadline;
  • actions regarding deadline changes:
    • proposal to change the deadline;
    • proposal to change the deadline processed;
  • actions regarding results: result rejected.

Note: Set one or more activity filters to track tasks by activities.
TaskThe name of the task in which the activity occurred. To navigate to the task view page, click on the name of the corresponding task.
