All Tasks
The main page of the Tasks section allows you to:
- Configure the display of all user tasks in a convenient format (list, calendar, kanban).
- Group all user tasks by projects and separately from projects.
- Quickly add new tasks to the task tracker by projects and separately from projects.
- Quickly create new projects.
- Configure filters.
- Navigate to the selected task page.
To access the workspace of the Tasks section in the corporate portal's system menu, click on Tasks.
Toolbar
The toolbar of the Tasks section includes elements:

- My Tasks menu with an additional section for selecting menu items:
- Calendar
- List
- Kanban
- Today
- Projects menu (displayed to the right of the My Tasks menu) with an additional section for selecting menu items:
- Calendar
- List
- Kanban
Note: Displayed when there are projects available for the user to view. Typically, the user must have a project role, and the project must be accessible on the user's tenant.

Note: The Sorting menu is displayed when the task view is set to list format.
Filters
User-defined filters apply to all user tasks and are located on a separate panel.
To configure filters:
- Go to the Tasks section.
- To call the Filters panel on the section toolbar, click on "Filters".
- Configure the necessary filters on the Filters panel:
- Show Overdue option — where the deadline has already passed at the current time.
- Show with New Comments option — where there are comments that you have not viewed. Specifically, you have not opened the task since the comments appeared.
- Show Requires Approval option — tasks assigned to your subordinates from employees of other departments that require approval before they can be worked on.
- Status selection field: select one or more system statuses.
- Participation selection field: configure filters based on your role in tasks:
Doing: finds all tasks where you are the responsible executor.Assigned: finds all tasks where you are the task setter.Watching: finds all tasks where you are the task observer.Approving: finds all tasks where you are the approver.
- Priority selection field: set the desired priority.
- Date Assigned selection field: set the desired date range.
- Deadline selection field: set the desired date range.
- Participants selection field: finds tasks where the specified people are in any status.
- Task Setters selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are in the corresponding status.
- Responsible selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are in the corresponding status.
- Co-executors selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are in the corresponding status.
- Observers selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are in the corresponding status.
- Delegated toggle: when enabled, finds tasks that have been delegated.

- Only Deleted toggle: when enabled, finds tasks that have been deleted.
Note: For more information on restoring deleted tasks, see the Task Restoration section.
- Exclude Participant selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are not participants in the task.
- Exclude Setter selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are not task setters.
- Exclude Responsible selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are not responsible executors.
- Exclude Observer selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are not observers.
- Exclude Approver selection field: finds tasks where the selected employees are not approvers.
- Tags selection field: finds all tasks with the selected tags.
View Settings: List
- Go to the Tasks section.
- You can enable the display of tasks in list format in two ways:
- In the My Tasks menu on the All Tasks section toolbar, select List.
- On the All Tasks section toolbar, click the "Settings" icon:
- On the View Settings panel, click on View.
- Click on List.
All user tasks will be displayed in the workspace of the section as a list of tasks, sorted according to the value of the Sorting menu.
Task List Structure

| Priority | Task execution priority. Priority is a system metric of the task. For any task, one of the following priorities can be set:
Sorting available: ▲ (up arrow) — ascending sort; ▼ (down arrow) — descending sort. |
| Status | Current status of the task. Any task created in the task tracker has a set of system statuses:

| Setter | User responsible for setting the task. By default, this is the user who created the task. In task management, the role of the Setter implies:
Note: There can be only one setter for a task. |
| Responsible | Users responsible for executing the task according to the established rules. Note: There can be multiple responsible users for a task. |
| Activity | Displays the last activity in the task in the format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, where:

| Stage | Current stage of the task in the project (if the project exists). |
| Date Assigned | Date the task was assigned by the Setter to the Responsible in the format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, where:

| Date Closed | Date the task was closed in fact in the format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, where:
Note: Displayed when the deadline occurs and the task is automatically closed or closed based on the actual current deadline. If there is no task completion event, the field remains empty. |
View Settings: Kanban Board
- Go to the Tasks section.
- You can enable the display of tasks on the kanban board in two ways:
- In the My Tasks menu on the section toolbar, select Kanban.
- On the section toolbar, click the "Settings" icon:
- On the View Settings panel, click on View.
- Click on Kanban.
All user tasks will be displayed on the kanban board as task cards depending on the settings of the View Settings panel.

View Settings: Calendar
- Go to the Tasks section.
- You can enable the display of tasks on the calendar in two ways:
- In the My Tasks menu on the section toolbar, select Kanban.
- On the section toolbar, click the "Settings" icon:
- On the View Settings panel, click on View.
- Click on Calendar.
All user tasks with set deadlines will be displayed on the calendar.
Creating a Task
- Go to the Tasks section.
Note: To create a project task, select the project within which you want to create the task on the section toolbar (if necessary).
- On the section toolbar, click Add Task. The user is redirected to the Create Task form.
Note: When creating a project task, the selected project will be added to the form.
- Fill out the Create Task form according to the description in the Creating and Editing Tasks section, and after filling out the form, click Save.
Upon successful creation of the task, the user will receive a system message Task added and will be redirected to the page of the newly created task.
Editing a Task
Editing any task in the task tracker occurs in the Edit Task form.
To call the Edit Task form:
- Go to the task page by clicking on the selected task.
- On the task page, click Edit.
- Edit the task according to the description of the fields in the Creating and Editing Tasks section.
- To save changes, click Save; to cancel, close the Edit Task form.
Upon successful editing of the task, a system message Task updated will be displayed, and the user will be redirected to the page of the edited task.
Deleting a Task
Editing any task in the task tracker occurs on the page of the selected task.
- Go to the task page by clicking on the selected task.
- On the task page, click the More menu, then click Delete.
Upon successful deletion of the task, the user will be redirected to a page with the informational message Task deleted. On this page, the user can restore the deleted task or return to the task list.
Restoring a Task
- Go to the Tasks section.
- To call the Filters panel on the section toolbar, click on "Filters".
- On the filters panel, set the Only Deleted toggle to "On".
- In the task list, click on the desired task.
- Click Restore Task.
Upon successful restoration of the task, the user will receive an informational message Task restored, and the corresponding task will be displayed in the user's task list.
Creating a Copy of a Task
Creating a copy of a task in the task tracker occurs on the task page.
- Go to the Tasks section.
- Go to the task page by clicking on the selected task.
- On the task page, click the More menu, then click Create Copy.
- Edit the task according to the description of the fields in the Create Task form in the Creating and Editing Tasks section.
After creating the task, the user will receive a system message Task added and will be redirected to the page of the newly created task (copy).
Creating a Project
- Go to the Tasks section.
- On the section toolbar, click New Project.

- Create a new project according to the description in the Projects section.
Upon successful creation of the project, the newly created project will be displayed in the workspace of the Tasks section on the toolbar in the projects area.
